So, here's something I just found out about: in Archaon, France, there's a statue of Heracles defeating the Nemean Lion put up in commemoration of the Resistance fighters who died there, and it's also a nude. Apparently, a couple times after it was unveiled, they had to reduce the size of his manhood multiple times. And more recently, it's been cut off and stolen a couple times. And, apparently, the town council has been embarassed by having to appear at public events at the statue after it's been emasculated. And, in 2016, they decided on the best solution is, and I'm quoting Wikipedia here (bolded words mine):

In 2016 it was decided by the council to not replace the penis. Instead a detachable penis was fabricated and it would only be installed during public events held at the statue. The deputy mayor Martine Phellipot was inspired to commission the detachable penis by her medical background. She noted "We chose the option of making a removable prosthesis which is placed on the statue before each ceremony. It’s the only way to avoid constantly chasing after his anatomy"

Naturally, seeing those words, I knew I had to make this picture. Then again, I was a little worried about the content, but, just to be safe, I decided to post this in hide tags on the off chance anyone here's offended by a statue with balls and a gaping hole where his dick used to be:
