teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

You can easily count all the things wrong with this scene, including the obvious fact that she’s struggling with opening a childproof cap (something the Heathers musical played for comedy played deadly serious here), but the one thing I just noticed is why the fuck do they have a washer and dryer in the bathroom?

Gentle *people*!

Having the laundry in the bathroom is actually quite common in smaller houses.  The fact that they are of the stacked type would lend credence to this case.  Close access to water and drains helps.

Other than that, this scene is hilarious, especially since the capsules are clearly the color scheme of readily available acetaminophen (paracetamol).
Disappointing theists since 1968!

I think a washer and dryer in the bathroom is a brilliant fucking idea. I kinda feel like carrying my hamper through my house is unnecessary labor.

A laundry chute into the basement - where the wash area is located is even nicer...

The house I spent most of my growing up years had a laundry chute. It was right across from the door at the bottom of the stairs so when we came down from our bedrooms we could drop the laundry right there.

Our house had a laundry chute from the third floor to the basement. As a teen I lived in the basement, so every morning the music from my alarm clock would travel up the chute and wake up my sisters, who of course couldn't turn it off. Me, being a heavy sleeper, I slept right through it.
