Other than during periods of illness or injury, my weight hasn’t varied much since I was in my early 20s - maybe five pounds either way. I eat from the four basic food groups - fat, salt, sugar and caffeine.

I also run fifteen miles a week (not all in a row) which probably explains it.

Today I was talking to myself, which isn't an unusual thing, but today it became heated.

It turned into a real yelling match and, eventually, I got so angry I stopped talking to myself.

In fact, I just found a note from me telling me I'm going to spend a few days staying with my mother.
