I found Linda Hamilton to be *very* attractive, in that film (The Terminator)
You can see how fit she is, in this scene.
IMO, fit is good. Skeletally thin, from lack of nutrition, is not.

This image is pretty clearly computer-modified to "de-age" the actual actors. They're not "kids".
