Russia and Ukraine

News today was reporting that US intel reports dissension in Russian leadership and that Putin has not been fed accurate info.

Maybe the Russians are doing it because the Ukrainian vehicles have reliable GPS and the Russian ones don't.

But it still seems strange (if unsurprising) that Russia, with its aspirations to be a Great Power, has suffered such extensive equipment losses (per Nudger’s very informative post) that it’s been brought to the ‘make do’ stage. They'll be reduced to thumbing for rides shortly, if they keep losing equipment like this.
