Headaches and your Personal Experience.
February 3, 2022 at 8:43 pm
When I was younger I basically never had headaches. In fact, for the vast majority of my life I never had headaches.
Even when I was dehydrated. Even when I lacked sleep. Even when I accidentally hit my head.
However, as I have gotten older I have started to, on very rare occasions, get headaches.
It makes sense that age is a determining factor ...... I guess?
But what about you? What causes, or doesn't cause, headaches, for you personally, do you reckon? I don't need statistics. I am aware of different causes. But people haev different triggers. I reckon. Withdrawal from something, anything, could be another one, for example.

Headaches for me are generally triggered by other people.

It is definitely the case that I've only ever been given a headache by one other person besides myself. And they were the only person who has ever made me think harder. No spoilers who. They are somewhat famous . . .
P.S. I'm deadly serious.

I'm 62 and I am also one of those people who almost never get headaches. I'm still not getting them though. Hit me in the head with a baseball bat and I'll have a headache but that's about what it takes.
I got headaches for a short time in my mid forties when I began taking a blood pressure medication. It only lasted a few days though. I'm no longer on that particular medication as it also gave me a fast heartbeat.

Come within the range of my bat, I'll trigger the shit out of you.

Have you talked with your doctor about this? Seriously.
