The devil has long been known to have created countefeit in advance.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Here is a question of mine. According to the bible, god showed himself to numerous people, correct? Heres a thought....Why exactly would god show himself (or at least speak) to people from one particularly small portion of the planet? Also, why would he show himself or speak to ignorant fuckwads in the desert but not to anyone else since? I have heard the response that he doesn't need to since jebus came along, which he also only appeared in front of some desert fuckwads in a particularly small portion of the planet. I have also been told that he WILL appear, but only in the end of times. Classic response.

That depends on how you define "prove".

Statler was apparently unaware of the oh-so-recent invention of braille. He seems to be of the opinion that someone must "experience" something firsthand to prove it. He doesn't explain why the sensation of warmth on a summer day is unacceptable. It's a laughable position, given the limitations of the our sensory apparatus. What else would you expect from someone who publicly declares that their delusional experience is indicative of objective reality.

If a blind man prays to god, will his vision be restored? (The classic 'Pray to god and ye shall be healed' nonsense)

Well... fantasy books usually make no attempt to claim that they are telling true stories. The bible tries to claim it is true. There's the difference.
"Great spirits have always encountered opposition from mediocre minds. The mediocre mind is incapable of understanding the man who refuses to bow blindly to conventional prejudices and chooses instead to express his opinions courageously and honestly." — Albert Einstein
A lie is a lie even if everyone believes it. The truth is the truth even if nobody believes it.
There can be no triumph without loss. No victory without suffering. No freedom without sacrifice.
