Do you have anything to say regarding my question in post #19?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

All I can say StatCrux, is that it is never wise to take advice from mentally ill people, and the "friend" you are describing would be a sociopath. So, no matter the religion or life philosophy, crazy is always crazy. There will always be those who relish in taking advantage over others, but let's hope that most people find that their lives are more satisfying if they are altruistic.
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

There it is again, in case you missed it.

Right, I am not going to argue any more with someone who says this... I honestly don't understand how you got through life so far with the "thinking" you have displayed.

I refuse to engage in a one way dialogue where you repeat your assertions and ignore the questions asked of you.

This is basically a question about where morality comes from. I believe it comes from an altruistic and emphatic quality derived from mammalian evolution. You think it comes from the mind of the creator of the universe and his decision is final.
Nothing more to be said really...

This reminds me of the CARM debate 2008 when Edwin Kagin is demolished when faced with the question of Logic, he continuously goes off on tangents about anything but the question put before him, embarassing for Mr Kagin, but a common tactic employed by atheists i'm beginning to see...

How could I tell him that his behavior was "wrong" or "evil" using an atheistic worldview? "The tears of strangers are only water" would be an apt motto for this individual.
The best way to handle someone like this is to explain to him that if everyone acted this way, then it would become impossible for anyone to protect their family and loved ones, including himself. The best way to provide a better world for yourself and your loved ones is to treat others as though they are also your family, just maybe to a slightly lesser extent. If everyone on the planet worked together to provide a better world for everyone, then we'd all be better off. If everyone is greedy and evil, then the world obviously becomes a greedy, evil, violent place, which no one would enjoy. If everyone is good to each other and helps each other out, then the world is a peaceful, fun, progressive place to live.
