1. Either he was going to produce a weapon, as most people do when they live in fear of attack in their daily lives. It happens in Russia nearly everyday where guns/baseball bats and crowbars have been seen in road rage incidents on youtube.

2. Or he was trying to get away.

In this instance, the way he "dove", into the car gave me the impression that he had something to hide. Remember, if you have nothing to hide, as a citizen, you comply by saying "sure thing officer", and then move to the car in a calm and relaxed manner.

Take off your blinders and read the entire post, idiot. Including the link.

Groubert is a proven LIAR. It's indisputable.
That's why he plead guilty, and is now insisting that he overreacted as a result of PTSD.

You only see what you want to see.

That is a bit like the pot calling the kettle black, isn't it? Everyone has this ability to be selective, even you. Yo down wit dat?

You're allowed, but that doesn't mean you don't get shot on your way to be allowed.

It certainly wouldn't surprise me.

I am guessing that abaris is a supporter of Louis Farrakhan, who is homophobic, anti-police, anti-white, anti-Jewish, denies the holocaust ever happened, and yet SJWs look up to him, those like blm.

In fact, people like abaris are the ones who would try to deflect from the situation. For example, if you asked him about a situation where it was a white/chinese/Indian in the same situation as the black man, his automatic response has to be "no, he wouldn't have been shot", because he has been thoroughly conditioned to think like that. Which leads me to think that abaris is not the sort of person who is strong enough to leave any sort of conditioning i.e. religious conditioning. I am guessing he is as religious as David C Pack and is far from being an atheist.

I dunno, it seems like these cops got rocked.

The charges were dropped on the brothers after the video went public (funny how that works). So apparently you ARE allowed to resist an unlawful arrest...

http://www.deadlinedetroit.com/articles/...-bzC3ZME0M
Quote:The assault charges against two brothers seen fighting with Detroit Police officers in surveillance video have been dropped, Andrea Isom of Fox 2  reports.

The brothers, Tywonn Mitchell, 20, and Naybon Moore, 26, were driving to Grandy's Coney Island  in May, when they say Detroit police officers began tailing their car.

The brothers pulled into the restaurant and the police car backed away, so they thought everything was fine.

But then the officers followed them into the coney island, and asked to see their IDs. The brothers asked to know what they had done wrong.

Their exchange ignited into a wild brawl, with each brother squared off against one of the officers.

The Detroit Police Department deemed this use of force appropriate and reasonable, and the brothers were charged with assault.

But nine days after the story aired on Fox 2, the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office announced the charges have been dropped against Moore and Mitchell.

Mitchell is approaching his junior year at Madonna University, studying criminal justice.

He has a message for the two officers: "I forgive them and I don't hold any grudges for them. I hope they learned their lesson."

seriously huggs?

The first one isn't real.. Camera placement is wrong, cop won't allow a camera come between them and suspect, and the 'cop' does not seem concerned with the people behind him. At best dude is a rent a cop more than likly it is a cop haters fan fiction like this one:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flf0eyLAzeU

The second, dudes went to jail right? how does that constituting out alpha-ing a cop? Cop did his job/what he sets out to do. subdue and place people in custody. if not for the news those two men would have rotted in prison... Are you advocating that people resist police authority?

Better question, why is it you seem to be offended by that statement? does it go against your 'moral fiber?' does it seem wrong to let someone have authority over you? Even though as a believe that is the cornerstone of our beliefs?

It's a fact that the American police shoots more people than any other western police force on this earth. So either the American population is disprportinate more violent than the rest of the world or there's something wrong with the training or with the people being admitted into police service in the first place.

I'm aware that it may be harder policing a population where anyone is entitled to pack. But that still doesn't mean shoot on sight.

Define Western. South Africa is a great deal smaller than the USA yet has more murders, more cops killing other people and more cops are killed because they not reactive enough.

Bottom line is this, you want to act tough to the police, fine, just don't go crying about it on national tv because you received a kicking. We have an expression which is also used in English too, "tu cherches la merde, tu le trouveras."

I don't seek shit and it still finds me at some point - occasionally.

Your point is still simplistic to the extreme, since it's the usual shtick of everyone can make it and implying that others don't work hard. Sure, everyone can win the lottery too. Some do, most don't. If you're born into a poor family, chances are, you get the ass end of life's lottery and stay there. Luck comes into play with the few who actually are able to make something of themselves against the odds.

And as far as being tough towards police. If that warrants death, I would be dead for at least 35 years by now. It's only that our police isn't as trigger happy. They just hand out tickets and a fine if you don't comply.

It's only that I'm not as hotheaded as I was in my youth that saves me a lot of money by now.

Bold is mine.

I got into trouble when I was 15 years of age. I gave myself up. You assume your own actions. Since then, not a thing. When I was growing up, my parents were unemployed for most of the time I was in secondary school where my friends had VCRs, televisions, games. My parents didn't own not one single thing like that in the 1980s. We didn't have a car, we didn't have a fixed telephone which was the norm in the days. So, sorry to burst your bubble but luck didn't play a part in my life. Hard work did. My father grew up without a dad since he died in WWII, so he had to wear hand me downs to school. He had no education, and neither did my mother. Being poor teaches you things in life and not to take things for granted. I still have an iPhone 3g and it is 6 years old. I can afford any of the newer inventions if I want to but why, when I have my children to think about.

Yeah, I just defined it. Western, as in Western. Not as in South Africa. We all know, South Africa is full of violent niggers. Which is the point, you're trying so desperately to make, isn't it?

Not at all. You state the USA is hard, tough, but it is nothing compared to South Africa. You can send any of your bad boys from the bloods and crips and they would be shitting their pants once they get onto the streets.
