Far be it for me to tell a US citizen what his constitution is about, except, and this is a big one here, you haven't the first fucking clue about what the constitution is about.

The establishment clause has been settled as having two very important components, first that the US government will not establish a religion for the nation, and therefore will not privilege any individual religion over another. I live out in the country now myself... And spent alot of time hunting. My uncle had a fist fight with a forrest ranger before, and at the same time he was arrested guns and truck confiscated and offered no resistance... How could this happen?

Because in smaller populations people know each other. The ranger my uncle fought was at the house the following weekend hanging out.. while the cop who arrested him was a complete stranger. You are less apt to shoot someone whom you know is not meaning to kill you to get out of some trivial BS.

In a city of hundreds of thousands if not millions it is not possible for a few thousand officers to get to know everyone.

Take the race componet out of it moron. and put in the specifics as to why this man was shot over that one. Judge that and nothing else.
