The ACA set obligations for the government as well as insurers..and insurers created, sold, then set their policies based upon those stated obligations..and all of this, they will argue.... cost them money. Now at least 20 States are filing a lawsuit to reinstate the subsidies. When the idiot wrote the ACA he had his head up his ass and screwed it up and the stupid Dems were too retarded to read and understand the crap that the fool wrote and that they approved. Now the moron is running loose and his actions will kill people.
