I'll go with Sam...
Endora looks too much like a bitchy drag queen I once met in San Francisco.......
I've got no wishes she can help me with.....
Unless she owns a vintage motorcycle shop....
....
If ehe packs its yours...?

How many states of non-being have you observed?
No shit.
If you are going to worship a god - it would be nice to have one that actually shows up in person for the service.
But like the children of absentee fathers - true believers tend to praise their daddy even more than the dads (or deities) who actually show up.
If the guy ever really showed up - maybe then they'd finally figure out he's a misersble cocksucker.
There's certainly that, but the point that I was trying to make was that we've never observed a state of "non-being" and have no epistemological framework to properly discuss them, so any statement about them is purely baseless.

But you forgot to tell us which God/ Goddess does it prove?
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

That being, Being, FSM.
Well, this was easy. RAmen.

Or it just doesn't matter. Which God it is, is a negligible detail.

"Intelligent Design" is the strongest indication of a "Personal God". The smallest change in ratios can lead the whole universe to crumble; we as humans know how complicated and sensitive creations get the larger they are; take airplanes to spacecrafts.
The universe is intelligently designed to allow for life. We as humans, are made of stardust. The chance for stardust to organize itself into a human being with social life, capable of speaking with different languages and has diverse skin colors, made alive under a moon and a sun rotating is 0 without a helping hand.

Snowflakes don't have a brain. So?

Oh, sorry. You seemed to have misunderstood me.
So.... You contend that everything that is as we see it is SO unique as to be seemingly impossible without something external and 'Intent' to propogate its existance, yes?
So... a snow flake is also unique. NO two snow flakes will ever be the same. What external 'Intent' force is making such things as snow flakes, then?
Cheers.
