There’s been some loose talk on the interwebz that Biden will nominate Barack Obama to fill a vacancy that’s sure to come up on the Supreme Court. Assuming that Biden is elected and the Democrats take the Senate, do you think Obama would accept the nomination? And would he be confirmed?
