In The London Review of Books Amit Chaudhuri praised the book, "Hitchens’s investigations have been a solitary and courageous endeavour. The book is extremely well-written, with a sanity and sympathy that tempers its irony." However he commented that the portrait "is in danger of assuming the one-dimensionality of the Mother Teresa of her admirers", and that he finished the book without much more of an idea of the character and motivations of Mother Teresa.[2]

Labels don't mean shit. Evolution produces a range of cruelty and compassion, opportunism and cooperation. Anyone who thinks boarders or politics or religion or labels makes them special in a 14 billion year old universe that will continue long after we go extinct has their head up their ass.

Translation: give a reference or I'll assume it's from "why they be hatin on us Catholics.com"
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
Quote:Some people deserve hell.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.

And who do you expect to blow the whistle on this criminal cunt, buddy? Mr. Pedo-pope who ignored all sorts of criminality in his church while trying to make her a fucking "saint?" Your mafia church does not work that way. Its job is to produce holy bullshit to awe the dolts who insist on it. Look in a mirror for an example.

That is what theists think. The "hate" is not at humans, but our species ability to utter naked assertions, all labels aside.

And who do you expect to blow the whistle .......?
Someone better than the accused, for starters.
But, lets be real here for a moment. This isn't about getting facts about anything. This is about defaming Christians, and Catholics in particular.
Any tool, sharp or dull is useful in your pursuit of self-gratification in persecution. Any means possible to try and remove any good, that most Christians adhere to.
To make many suffer for the sins of a few is your mission. If the apple has a bruise on it.....throw the whole thing away!
But.... you see (in your mirror), you don't really care about anything more than your own fear and anger about death. That's the real truth.
And that's the real reason you and others are here.

Sounds an awful lot like what your God did to humanity.

BULLSHIT! Of course atheist fear death, BUT not in the same context. We fear pain, and we fear not having our loved ones. What we don't do that Catholics and Muslims and Hindus and Buddhists and any other afterlife superstitious bullshit humans concoct, what we don't do is assign the seasons changing to magic.
Death is a part of life like winter changing into spring. I don't want to die anymore than you do. But it will happen. I don't make up bullshit fantasy to explain reality.

I fear dying and I'd miss life, but I can't say that death holds any fear for me. Why should it? it is non-existence that I wont feel or know anything about.
