The current Constitution does not address immigration. So what Trump is doing is not unconstitutional. Besides, the President runs foreign policy and this is a foreign policy issue and completely within his duty to protect the country against foreign and domestic enemies. And he gets to say who those enemies are.

1. It does address immigration it also address religion and even if it didn't it's still not legal
2. Not he doesn't get to say who the countries enemies are and once again this policy has nothing to do with protection. It has to do with appeasing his moron fan base.
3. No you don't and yes we do

Now that someone has taken concrete baby steps to counter the threat that they were concerned about those same people get all weak in the knees and start whining about how unfair it is.
But being prejudice towards all Muslims from radical Islamic countries isn't right, especially when many of those people are refugees trying to find a safe place for their families.
Countering the threat of militant/radical Islam is valid, but not when we lose our own principles and our own humanity in the process. I didn't say it was "right". I responded to the question "is it legal?"
There wouldn't have been any refugees in the first place if the dummies like Bush and Cheney and Rice hadn't dusted off FDR's grand scheme to bring democracy to the Arabs. The dummy didn't even have democracy and equal voting rights in America at that time.
And after the Repub dummies created havoc in the Middle East to please the Israelis and Saudis the dummy Obama continued it and completely wrecked Syria. All of them should be tried as war criminals and Israel and Saudi Arabia should be expelled from the UN as threats to world peace.
But what Trump is doing is completely legal. It will have some unforeseen consequences like everything does.

Includes Green Card Holders of 7 countries, but does not include countries where Trump has Business interests. Coincidence??
https://www.bloomberg.com/graphics/2017-...-interest/
Quote:President Trump has that bans citizens from seven Muslim-majority countries in the Middle East from entering the United States for 90 days, according to the White House. His proposed list doesn’t include Muslim-majority countries where his Trump Organization has done business or pursued potential deals. Properties include golf courses in the United Arab Emirates and two luxury towers operating in Turkey.
It also has nothing to do with where actual terrorists come from, or Afghanistan would be on there for sure. And Afghan sends up far more refugees, but isn't included? Why?
http://nypost.com/2017/01/28/trump-left-...nned-list/
Quote:Between 2013 and 2015, the last years reported by the State Department, the total number of Afghan refugees admitted to the US actually outpaced the number of Syrian refugees admitted: 2,324 vs. 1,823. The number of Afghan refugees resettled in US cities — namely, New York, Houston and Sacramento — jumped 21 percent in 2015, after increasing 14 percent in 2014. Afghans reported as admitted in the first three months of 2016 had already exceeded State’s projection for the entire year.
Can you say "conflict of interest", kids?
(I'm actually all for letting more refugees in, so I'm not saying he should ban those from Afghan or Pakistan also, I'm saying he's already writing laws that benefit him personally a the cost of innocent lives)

The Republicans preach fiscal responsibility and yet do not mind spending taxpayer millions on lawyers defending their impingements on peoples rights.

The next time he holds a press conference and accepts open questions from the media? lololol. That isn't going to happen. Probably ever.
And also, as if we should expect anything he or his press secretary say to resemble the truth?
