If it is, it's only because the Republicans have zero respect for reality or the rule of law.
If they actually are biased against Trump and the rioters, it's only in the same way the court of Albuquerque was biased against those three kids in the pilot episode of Better Call Saul who broke into a funeral home and fucked a severed head. And of course the closest thing I can find to it on YouTube is this table read of "Uno" from around 6:36-11:58.

In the upside down, American officials with a bias against insurrectionists is a bad thing.

To be fair, if I've been interpreting Biker's ideology accurately (and I'm not 100% sure such a thing is even possible), he tends to balk at the idea of people being prosecuted for crimes they tried to commit and failed to pull off.
