I've been in the service Cox. There's another authority that doesn't exist. You do realize that our military absolutely spent money on psychic defense correct? It's a really simple equation for the military. "It isn't ours, can we shoot it?" Now, is this "proof" evidence or yet more testimony? I'll watch the whole damned thing if there's a doohicky, remember?
