Others go so far as to say...no matter what happens I will never have a deathbed conversion so dont believe anything I might say.

The funny thing is, if a hardcore, skeptical atheist experienced a convincing personal epiphany and honestly believed they had been given ''proof'' of God, they would - from that moment on - find themself in the ranks

Well, since he would know what I was thinking, there would be no point in rescinding it. If god did exist, he would be just as much of a tyrant as he is within the bible as a fictional character. So, no, because I genuinely think he is a bad person.

I wouldn't, why would a personal epiphany prove god? If there is no hard evidence, then it is more reasonable to conclude that my brain had some sort of malfunction than that an omnipotent universe creator outside the spacetime continuum contacted me telepathically, when he won't do it for other people for some reason, unless they are under extraordinary circumstances, or have a mental disorder.

I am not asking for people's personal convictions of god, I have heard my share of testimony. The reason that I conclude that there is no god is not based on a poll, it's based on the lack of any credible evidence affirming his/her/it's existence.

No. God's existence is proven in many ways and to the satisfactory standard of evidence set by millions of people.
The bible, for example shows tons of examples of people who, while alive and sane, became rationally convinced that God exists. So much so, that even on THEIR ''deathbed'' (while being tortured) they did not alter their testimony.

That whole thing is just an argument ad populum.
Not to mention that when people were dying for this, science was nothing compared to what it is today; theism then wouldn't be nearly as irrational as it is now.
