Nobody's hiding from Yahweh. In fact I think we'd all like to meet him and have a serious talk about why he thinks we're evil just for exercising our free will. After all, the whole point about being free is being able to choose things someone else doesn't like without repercussions, as long as we aren't hurting others.

Perhaps the point of free will was as an attempt at self validation. Just throwing that out there as a competing "point" to having free will. Created as golems to service a need. Course, what do golems always do in these stories?

So we get free will just for the little things like what color clothes we wear, and our house furniture, but having serious debates over world changing issues is wrong?

probably if he existed he hates everyone because we are scientifically advance enough to question his existence.
god is complex there for he needs a creator <- watch maker argument. it would make more since if the bible said
we were made by an advance alien race that i would get behind. But since there is no evidence or will ever be evidence of he doesn't
exist.

God is an inference to the best explanation. scientists sometimes postulate ideas that are unobservable in order to explain the data that is observed for instance dark energy.

Incidentally, scientists rarely if ever say that dark energy is unobservable; merely unobserved right now. We can certainly detect its effects on the matter and energy that we can observe.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
