That is violating there right to free speech, they have been pushed by the ACLU and it's policies people are now restricted to express there speech and belief. The ACLU's agenda is to silence all eventually, wait and see.

true but the church does the persecution to others. lets see gays can get married even though marriage is older than the bible and is in no way biblical at all. gays can't adopt. pro life and make a rape victim have a child she doesn't want. against stem cell research.. helping the blind see and the paralyzed walk how is that bad. Against and wanting limited rights for human beings. want to repeal church and state separation. the list goes on and on.

No it's not violating their right to free speech. When someone says happy holidays, it includes christmas as much as every other winter solstice holiday. You can still pray in schools, because prayer to Yahweh doesn't need to be spoken.

I don't want it involved in government. That's supposed to be why it's tax free. Separation of church and state. However it has somehow gotten so involved with state matters, I don't see why it shouldn't be taxed. So it might not be able to give as much to charity, and the government could give more if it was run correctly. So you might not have a dozen or more churches in a small town. so what?

We don't need the ten commandments on our courthouses. We only respect two or three anyway. The first few are unconstitutional. We have child protective services to protect against fathers and mothers who don't deserve to be honored. Coveting, i.e. thought crime, can't be made illegal.
