Sounds like you're playing with words to be obtuse. All living things tend to a final end. The final end of an acorn is to produce a mature oak capable of bearing fruit. Anyone can see that if the acorn lands on hard ground or otherwise circumstances, then it does not realize realize its potential. In the same way a normal human being has fully functioning senses. That some people are deaf does not change the fact that human beings are intended to have hearing. This includes having natural desires for the things that are naturally beneficial (healthy reproduction) and being disgusted by things that are detrimental (sodomy).
