I see (and I'm aware there is not case law to support this, yet) the First Amendment as severely curtailing Christian's rights as to what is clearly delineated in Holy Scripture.
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Already there, per the First Amendment, and all their Biblical only stuff applies to them. There would be a special tax levy to fund menstruation patrols . . .
