They've tried that stuff already, most recently in my knowledge with the pope's visit to Ireland, and it's not working. Too many scandals, too many coverups, too many fake apologetic non-aopologies and people are seeing it happen over and over and over again.

Christian School Expels Girl for Wearing Rainbow Sweater on Her Birthday
Quote:Christian school, expelled 15-year-old freshman Kayla Kenney for having the audacity to celebrate her birthday with a multi-colored cake while wearing a rainbow sweater.
Because everyone knows what that really means.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Wasn't it their god that made the rainbow popular?

You know, this is the ONE time I would fully support 1 Corinthians 14:34:
The women should keep silent in the churches. For they are not permitted to speak, but should be in submission, as the Law also says.

Now that baby is imbued in holy spirit and forever saved fro satan's temptation yada yada. They saved me too, but without dropping me, i think, don't remember it anyway.
Anyway, it is unfair f to call this child abuse. An accident during a stupid ritual, yes, but this is not child abuse. If you use toxic rethoric to bring points to atheism, do it on your own, you are doing no favours.

What are you talking about? I was talking about the induction of that child into Christianity and what abuse awaits it

Trump's spiritual adviser is clearly a loony.

If so, why did you choose to post a video where the child was accidentally dropped? It seems that if your point was about induction into the church, you could have posted any of thousands of videos where a baptism went off without a hitch.
