That's wishful thinking stimbo.

From here it looks like the collective answer so far is a big nuh-uh! The floods not real, so their couldn't be a boat on top of a mountain!

There isn't a boat on top of the mountain, unless it's the Ship of Fools.

There's only one question that should be asked when people bring up the ark mythology, and it should be this?

How on earth can you believe this to have literally happened, taking into account the fact it's physically impossible?

RE: Questions about noah ark
But even (a) god has some remote possibility. Sure none of the god's people believe in now, but there is a possibility there is something out there.

But the ark story is just demonstrably impossible. Everything about it requires a person to fundamentally alter their perception of the reality they know is true and that they exist in for it to work.

I dunno. It was the ark story that gave me reason to doubt the ludicrous claims about the christian god when I was a child because even then I thought it was BS, bracketing out the omni-cide of almost everything on the planet.

For me, it was the story of Gilgamesh that made me lose all respect for any holy book portraying Noah...

Drich has become the new Statler, except dumber and less inclined to use the spellcheck programs in his own computer.

At least Statler entertained me with quirky young earth arguments involving nonstandard Einsteinian clock synchronization conventions.

Statler had a sense of humor. It was his saving grace.
