I don't believe it is anymore difficult for an atheist to not believe in Jesus over any other God. An Atheist is an atheist. They do not believe in any God. However, they might have far more exposure to the God of the Bible if they are a Westerner and as such may face more opposition from those holding the Christian viewpoint . I feel if the majority of people on here were based in Syria your question might be asked differently (replacing Allah/Mohammed for Yahweh/Jesus). In my experiences, if someone proclaims to be an atheist they have no trouble with any God's. If they did struggle, they might identify as a Deist (there is one but I don't know which one)

Regardless of whether he has a baptist friend or not, if he truly believes a group that consists of 2 1/2 billion people are all automatically stupid because they're Christian, that is pretty much the epitome of being a bigot.

With that being said, I don't believe Min meant what he said. But we'll just have to wait for him to confirm or deny.

My lack of belief costs me exactly 0 effort. It's deeply fascinating how NOT doing something, unlike the mental gymnastics, compartmentalization and double think maintaining belief requires can be so easy.
