I am insulted that you guys really thought I was being serious that whole time lol.
Especially since I'm from Brazil. I have experienced the ignorance of some people when it comes to other countries.

Coming from a satan-forsaken shithole myself, I expect these sort of comments subconsciously...my slowness only adds to it >.>
Not sure why it doesn't come up much on such lists, but the average internet speed in my country seems to be about 40 mbs per second. But internet user penetration is at about 50%.
And it's cheap too.
