The scam is the same and has been for 36 years. They get a populist message, claim to value workers, throw bribe tax cuts and mild pay increases that get eaten up no matter what. Any cuts they give to the rest of us, get eaten up by the greater bribes by the tax cuts for the rich we end up making up for.

So when asshole Trump claims to talk tough about punishing big biz for leaving, it is a fucking scam, and blackmail by big biz. They will simply cave in to corporate blackmail and get tax payers to fund keeping the jobs here. It is simply a bait and switch.

Instead, if more people would get wise to the scam, the demand that creates jobs would be livable wages and affordable cost of living. When the assholes at the top say "we cant afford it" that is a fucking lie. Huge difference between "cant and don't want to".

$9/hour jobs...and when you start deducting federal and state taxes, social security, medicare, and any health insurance costs, etc., etc. you probably end up closer to a gross of $6/hr or $240 for a 40 hour week.  That equals the princely sum of $12,480/year which is right around the poverty-level so, don't cheer too much.  The only people doing well off of this are the scumbag executives at Ford.
