I don't see this device as being all that useful, and I am handicapped (missing all fingers but the thumb on my left hand). On the other hand, everybody is different. For people such as myself, the OT film that I saw recommended laying a strip of toilet tissue down along one side of the seat, straddling that, and twerking back and forth. That never worked for me.
