Prove me wrong. Answer the question that has been posed to you several times.
Why did you put scare quotes around gay "rights" and why do you keep referring to the "gay agenda?"
First its up to you to justify your assertions. We don’t just assume you are right, and it is on the other side to show you are wrong. Second, I did give you the information needed to prove your assertions wrong (I said no.... I don’t believe that). Lastly, you didn’t have anywhere near the justification or information you needed for you very negative assertions about me. If you did, then you wouldn’t be asking for more info.
Also, as previously noted and quite ironically, this is precisely what I was talking about before in regards to Pence/Rippon and the way people are behaving. It is dishonest, and wrong; dispite any ones position on the subject on the subject otherwise. If you think your position is valid, then make your case off of facts and reason, not attacking the opposition and poisoning the well. As well; I wasn’t making any particular statement about anything else, which is relevant.

I think Pence’s stance on the status of the LGBT community as “people” is pretty clear.

Is it even relevant whether or not he supports conversion therapy specifically, with a record like this?

Wait, that's RR's hangup?
LMAO.
Pence's terrible record re: LGBT issues is long and vast.

Lest we misrepresent the Vice President, I think it's important to note another group Pence acknowledges to be people: the damned.

Jaysus did you just pull the "burden of proof" argument when what I did was ask you a question? Do you not understand what an assertion is? I didn't make any assertions. I made judgements. These judgements were based on the following things that you said:

I have asked you pointed questions. You repeatedly dodge them and try to act like I'm making statements about you. I am asking you to defend or explain what you said.
And so, again:
Why do you write "gay rights" in scare quotes?
What is the homosexual agenda?

What the hell are you even talking about? Pence is an anti-gay bigot. He has repeatedly supported and endorsed legislation that seeks to limit the personhood of LGBTQ+ individuals, to limit their protections from discrimination, and to limit life saving programs for an extremely vulnerable population.
Why would any self-respecting gay person even consider giving him the time of day? Is your entire point that since people connected some dots that weren't necessarily there about conversion therapy, that all of the other stuff doesn't count?

Ah, the old "not wanting marriage re-defined to allow homosexuals to marry isn't necessarily about hate" canard.
The following people can marry:
Christians
Atheists
People of other religions
People of different races
Mixed race couples
People who can't have, or don't want, kids
Disabled people
But the only time modern Christians throw a shit fit is when non-cisgendered people want to marry.
Nope, I'm not buying it. It may not stem from hate, but it manifests as it. The distinction is so small, it doesn't matter. "I don't hate you, I just think you're inferior in a certain way, a way which makes me want to prevent you from enjoying the same rights and privileges I currently enjoy" definitely isn't good.

What do you mean by the difference in the distinction. You make between a judgement and an assertion? Do you thing that your judgements should have some rational basis? It would seem that your “judgement” in this case, is not based on much.
