Strong hypocrisy there. It looks to me that the higher the office, the more is let slide. A, small town pastor would never be able to lead a congregation with allegations and history like Trump's. But, make the same guy a president and anything goes.

It's just the same argument that the Democrats were using for supporting Bill Clinton when his sexual escapades were being revealed.  I thought he was a good president although I didn't agree with his sexual morality.  On the other hand, I thought Obama was a good family man, but I didn't agree with his political views.  I'd like to have the whole package, but I don't think we'll ever get that.

Democrats don't make the claim that they are privvy to the source of morality and goodness. Nor do they represent themselves as the standard of morality.

You need a citation for Bill Clinton doing sexual stuff with women who weren't Hillary? I thought everyone knew about Monica by now. First part's a good point, though.

I remember hypocrisy being talked about and presented as a problem within the church.  Didn't pay much attention to it at the time because I didn't think it applied to me.

What a total misrepresentation of what the pastor said. He start off by saying they still believe in the no sex commandment. but we also believe in forgiveness, upon repentance. 
did you miss that part or simply not understand it?
