Homosexuality no longer a sin

RE: Homosexuality no longer a sin
You need to make up your mind on this free will shit, Mystic.  You;re coming off less like a deluded loon and more like a greasy con with every passing day.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

In fact, it can be said an action is a belief put into real time.

I've never consciously chosen to believe or not believe.  I've tried to believe, which is something entirely different.  Either something makes sense or it doesn't.  One of the most uncomfortable feelings I've had was realizing that I had wasted ten years of my life in a religious group, going through the rituals but never able to wholeheartedly believe even for an instant that it was actually true.

I don't do stuff like that to myself anymore.  I'd rather be a faithless but authentic lone wolf than an insincere sheep.

We choose whether we are honest or not about a subject.

And we choose to be stubborn or not when something is proven.

And we choose to follow things on conjecture or not.

And we choose to mix truth with falsehood, or just hold on to truth.

All these are decisions we make.

And we choose the level of knowledge we have by how much we strive for it.

And the striving has to be by how much we believe it's worthy to strive for knowledge, and the heart of that, is how much we choose to love and value God.

All actions are expression of beliefs. I will show you one example but can't go through all actions.

I believe exercise is good for me. I believe I will be happier if I get married to a hot wife. I believe getting abs will increase my chance to get a hot wife. So I go the gym acting out this belief.

This is a just an example. All actions or refusal of actions, are belief or disbelief and the amount of will power is one to one usually with the degree of belief of it the worthwhileness of the action.

People who smoke may not realize it, but they believe at that moment, their temporary pleasure and relief (which is an addiction) is more important then increasing their chances of living longer.

It's when they leave that irrationality, they believe they ought to stop. When they really really believe it. They try. When they suspend that belief and belief in temporary pleasure at the moment forgetting the reasons they perceived and reflected about before, they smoke again.

When they finally defeat the urge of smoking for a long period, and they keep reminding themselves about the belief and even increase in it (they may save money, and so that becomes even a reason to stop and increase belief power to stop), they stop.

You show me one action that is not state of beliefs put into real time. Go ahead.

What is a state of being?

And what are actions but a series of states with a goal?

Where does that goal come from if not our beliefs?

If we don't choose our beliefs and states, there is no free-will. Hammy was not wrong in his argument except in that. That we don't choose our states and beliefs. We do.

Homosexuality was never a sin.

It was just placed there by some bigots who probably got oral sex from a llama.
"Tradition" is just a word people use to make themselves feel better about being an asshole.

Alright bro, maybe, let someone else speak about it, if you haven't thought about it yourself.

One of these things is not like the other ones....

Can you tell which one?
