And who's to say the sender is even the one who made the bombs

Why do I bother?

If they did find it was a false flag operation ( I would guess that likelihood to be about 40%.. It probably IS some right wing nutjob) - the left " true believers would then just say it was all a conspiracy. No evidence would convince them otherwise.

That's what " true believers" do.

They make up their minds first - then examine the evidence later - and ignore anything that goes against what they already decided.

I' m skeptical. I need evidence connecting the perp to the crime.

Show me EVIDENCE of the crime. Not a list of victims. ( potential victims in this case)

I am guessing because of the short time in a period of days spanning hundreds and thousands of miles of separation of targets, this does not strike me as being the act of one person. My bet is on a far right hate group, or a a foreign actor/group who has sympathy for Trump.

Just had a picture of some basement dweller yelling up the stairs. "Mom can you take some packages to the post office for me?" (Yeah, not an accurate picture, I'll sue myself later.)

If it was two weeks before Christmas - it would be tough.

This time of year? Pretty easy to coordinate only 10 packages.

Let' s see the postage cancellation stamps to determine place/ time they entered the postal system.

If they have multiple points of origin - then you have to figure whether or not a single person could have mailed them.

Gawad, look, I am with you on condemning bad claims. But if it were not for my late mother's support, I would have lived on the streets. I lived on and off with her throughout my life, and she bailed me out many times. I didn't live with her the entire time, but she never let me sink. I have lived on my own most of my adult life, but did live with her in her late years to help care for her. I have a brand new house because of her saving her entire life, which she left me.

I can handle the insults from theists, but both sides pull the "mother's basement" garbage. It is never wrong to take care of family, and it is nobody's business who pays the bills as long as it is consensual and nobody is being financial drained.

I hate it when right wingers pull that shit, but it is no better when people I agree with pull the same. Family is family.

If they found fingerprints - probably within a couple of hours.

Anybody who would be stupid enough to build 10 bombs and mail them - and not have at least one go off -- is going to be the kind of moron who has been in trouble before.

Nobody just wakes up one day after a lifetime of being a law abiding citizen, and says to themselves " Gee, I think I'll take up letter bombing as a hobby".

Bold mine. Double standard much?

I guess you can now retract every single remark you've made about anyone else here commenting that the person(s) responsible are trump supporters.

And Brian - I'm pretty certain he wasn't making any disparaging remarks about you, your living conditions or your mother.

You might go back and re- read that -- after you count to 100 and calm down a bit
