It seems you're very dismissive of what Smollett did and would rather take the opportunity to bash the right-wing media than talk about Smollett himself. Weird. Fake is mostly upset that Smollett was caught.

I did say that Jussie Smollett did wrong but I also said that it is not entirely his fault for what Ann Coulter is shitting out, unlike you who is blaming Smollett for what Ann Coulter is saying.

The two sets of charges correspond to two sets of police officers Smollett allegedly lied to.
The article also says Smollett will likely enter a plea deal and will potentially not see any jail time, which is a shame.

You can run the torturers lobby, screw millions of people over (up to and including their deaths) ,engage in a little light treason, intimidate witnesses, lie to the fbi, and fuck john q taxpayer for decades.... and have your life referred to as "otherwise blameless" as a federal judge slaps you on the wrist..relunctantly.
Don't get me wrong..I can think of reasons why the smollet case is a shame. It's a shame that we live in a country where it might seem like the best chance you have at a raise is to be the victim of a hatecrime.
