If by infrared camera data you mean raw infrared information, no, I don't believe we can see it. But if that information is watered down and translated into something that our eyes and brain can perceive, then yes. Also yes, I can see your post. What I don't see are the 0's and 1's behind it because of abstraction. Its been translated into something easier to perceive and comprehend. Similar to infrared.

This is an example of there being no parity between what visual cues we can contemplate and process, and what visual cues our eyes provide.
Ok so we're clear that we're comparing the components within an organism. We're not making cross-species comparisons.
Now, and hopefully this doesn't instigate another rabbit hole rant, but I'm going to ask you for evidence. The reason being, is that it seems difficult to measure how much visual information the brain can handle, without a way to present that visual information to the brain. At least not through the eyes since your claim is that they are insufficient to present it.
Maybe I lack the creativity to come up with a way to make such a measurement, so please show me how it was done.
Oh, FFS.
Please explain why it might be that we know species that loose eyes? Can you explain that? After all, you are the person claiming that it can't be possible. You are the one claiming that evolution must be ever upward towards some ethereal goal. Just you alone. So kindly explain why it is that evolution has removed eyes for certain creatures? They had eyes millions of years ago and now they don't. Why? Can you explain that in your terms? Of course not.

Then there you have it, John. Your brain is capable of understanding things beyond your eyes ability to detect.
Your eyes see shit your brain gets wrong, too.
Next question.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

You know this thread exists, right, for anyone to quote you having made these claims.
Is your brain malfunctioning here, even though your eyes could see those claims as well as ours?
I’m starting to think that, in your minds eye... things were going to go some other way here.
How did that pan out?

Snakes can. Why can we not? Surely not because we are, according to you, the pinnacle of evolution, right? No way any other thing could have acquired the ability to sense the infra-red, right?
Except snakes do exactly that. Thus we are all of us sensorially inferior to snakes. Oh and before you go there, snakes can't talk. Get over it.

Ah, right lol. You're under the impression that our brains can perceive infrared? No lol, again, that information is till being funneled through your eyes not around them.

My eyes don’t see infrared. Do yours?
Should we scramble the sentinels while the mutant threat can still be contained?
