For the record, the "Space Force" already exists. It's just different pieces of the Air Force. My eldest son works on KC-130s, and he's in the "Space Force".

Obama basically said as much. Their movements and trajectory can not be explained by man. That's not a bird doing that. 99 percent of information is classified for national security reasons. That's the way governments work. We have to rely on what information we have.

That's not actually what it means for a ufo report to go unresolved. It just means that given the limited evidence for a particular incident, it's unlikely that we'll ever be able to definitely say what so and so was.
The security risk there, is in not being able to id it. That might be a flaw in our detection. That might be a gap in our intelligence. Maybe we did id it...but we don't want the owner to know. On and on and on.

Obama isn't the only one talking about this. Some of these things have been said to have been going 18000 miles per hour, or going from miles up above the earth to the surface of the ocean in seconds. Those aren't birds, airplanes, or weather balloons.
