What's really funny about this is that the Chump probably isn't briefed for any number of things he has no need to know about, thus can't blab about them. When an F117A was shot down over Bosnia, Clinton had never heard of them, or Area 51. When he asked whynot, he was told that until then he didn't have a need to know.
