Replace "God" with "Slenderman", and she'd be committed on the spot.

Happened to a couple of teens, who stabbed their classmate due to Slenderman's instructions.  They were institutionalized until they were fit for trial.

Yet the evangelicals who come to my door are perfectly sane?  WTF?
