They’re called ‘kilts’ because if you refer to one of them as a dress, you run the risk of being kilt by a Scotsman.

A couple questions.....

1. Who do they sue? I doubt either of those groups have a list of all members. How can the plaintiff (DC) identify who is to respond? If you CAN prove that a person is a member - how can that person get a fair trial? Are all respondants entitled to their own lawyer???
2. Do you think this kind of monkeyfuck is a good idea??? Will you still think it' s a good idea when " the other side" uses the same tactic? Because - they will.

They could probably sue BLM, suing Antifa would be all but impossible. Individuals within the Antifa movement could certainly be sued, but not Antifa itself, because it doesn't exist as an organization, the way Proud Boys, Oath Keepers and BLM do.

Antifa isn't being charged with shit, obviously, but accelerationists are pleading guilty to using the protests to try and start a race war.... and yet, as Camus notices, it's BLM and antifa that live rent free in the minds of terrorist sympathizers.
That's where we are in america now. Antifacism is bad...and yall qaeda is a nothingburger. We should crack down on citizens protesting for civil rights, and stop talking about the ethno-state insurgents so much. Can't imagine how that would go pear shaped quick and in a hurry. It's not as if they'd attack the seat of government, or conscript law enforcement to achieve their ends... or anything.
