I've made a new video against low-carb diets

I've made a new video against low-carb diets
You can see it here: https://youtu.be/8_--19HVnhw

Like I've said at the end of the video, I think the reason the idea of low-carbohydrate diets is appealing to people is the golden age fallacy. It is presumably instinctual to think people used to eat a healthy diet in the distant past, before all the starch introduced into our diets by agriculture. But the evidence seems to be strongly against that idea, as there seems to be a strong link between low-carb diets and kidney stones.

What are your qualifications in the field of nutrition science and dietetics?

None. It does not take any qualifications to refute obvious nonsense, does it?

Do you have and 'old man does not give a shit' diet?

Or maybe an 'old man can't shit without assistance' diet?
I don't have an anger problem, I have an idiot problem.

Researchers have been studying the effects of various macronutrient altered diet patterns for years, which is no easy task considering the myriad of factors that can impact measurable health comes, so to call any one position on the subject “obvious nonsense” seems like some serious hand-waving on your part.

All I know is that when I want to lose weight, I increase activity, reduce carbs and increase protein. It seems to work. I don't believe in any type of fad diets otherwise.

Is the advice on low carbs available in Latin?

One really cannot say there are no experts. But one can say for certain as new data comes in science adapts. And the other thing is every body's body is different so it varies from individual to individual.

Camus is educated in that field.  FA admits he is not.
