That's exactly what the communist party says. That chinese christianity would be legitimate, if they would express their faith in ways unique to their own ethnic and national identity.

You reenforce their position when you start yapping about how christianity will win..over their system of government. This is why they oppress christianity™, not because they would lose some silly argument about ghosts. I'm generally a big fan of revolutionaries - but I do think there's something pathetic and dishonest in wrapping an insurrection in the shroud of christ and then concern trolling when the government strikes back.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

And yet you always easily lose every debate about Christianity here.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Where they easily imagine gods to be where there are none, it's not much of a stretch for them to also be delusional about their wins.

However, the Commie CCP, the Radical Islamist Faction in North Africa, the Hindutva Militants in India, or any other sect, has no right to persecute Christians. They do it only because they're afraid of intellectual debate and know that in a fair debate, Christianity will easily win; whether over Communism, Islamism, Polytheism or Atheism. It's the purpose of Christian Philosophy to show these competing opinions to be clearly off base, and that is something the Church Fathers did with the Jews and Pagans, then later Doctors like St. John Damascene and then St. Thomas Aquinas did with the claims of Mohammed/Islam, and now Atheism is being addressed by Christian Scholars like Dr. Craig, Dr. Habermas. We will see who wins. If it's a fair fight, my prediction is Christianity will win and win easily. Christianity easily answered Jewish objections on Isaiah 53, for e.g. and that's why so many became Christian.

This is redundant.

Its as good a time as any to point out that a non christian chinese cult is directly and largely responsible for much of the anti government rhetoric present in q and coup curious christianity in the us - which also happens to be the demographic most motivated to chinese evangelism, demonstrated by the fact that somewhere near 90% of chinese christians are protestants.

If something like Falun Gong sprung up in your country, I think your charitability toward other cults would change.

Oh wait. What am I talking about? You live in India. My bad. Carry on.
