I think that if Trump actually does get jailed, we will hear the biggest sigh of relief coming from Mar-al-ago.

I actually feel a bit sorry for the kid.  What a textbook case he is for damage done to children by fucked up parents.

I read that he and mommy are searching for colleges. That could either end up a good or bad thing. Maybe he'll attend a college in Europe (not Britain), I think that would lessen any potential bad impact from daddies fucked up politics and scandals.

I agree that he would be better off, though not completely shielded from the flying shitstorm, if he left this continent.

I do not know, I mean, Trump is being tried for 91 charges, which do have to do with sedition and the insurrection, by the way. With what happened on January 6 and how serious it is, how do you not get charged for insurrection and sedition for something like that?

Plus, most of those charges, if not, all, are felony charges. Some here do not believe Trump might go to jail, but felony charges do carry a jail sentence. So if he is convicted on these felony charges, chances are, he is going to jail.

I don't think Trump will win a general election against Biden, no matter any convictions or exonerations.

nothing better could conceivably happen to the US then trump fleeing prosecution to a hostile country,  because that will utterly destroy the republican party,  which will safeguard american democracy and thus benefit the US far more profoundly than any secret he might remember to betray could possibly damage the US.
