RE: Is Trump going to Prison?

Attorney Joe Tacopina, who represented Trump until last week, told MSNBC that it’s very likely that Trump will be convicted:
“Absolutely. You have a jury of twelve who is ultimately going to decide this. Jack Smith is a federal prosecutor who I knew from his days in Brooklyn. They're serious prosecutors.”
To the question of why he ditched the Trump legal team, Tacopina answered: “I had to follow my compass."

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

I am confused. This article states Trump is ahead with double digits but losing in New Hampshire?

Trump’s $50 Million Mystery Debt Looks Like ‘Tax Evasion’
That’s where former federal judge Barbara Jones, the court-appointed special monitor in Donald Trump’s New York business fraud case, just planted a financial bombshell that legal experts say suggests Trump lied knowingly and repeatedly on his federal financial disclosures about a major loan that never existed—and may have evaded taxes on $48 million in income.

Witch hunt! Those federal disclosures are perfect in every way. In fact, a lot of people are saying that they were so perfect that the IRS uses them to teach their agents how to spot a TOTALLY INNOCENT MAN. DEEP STATE DEEP STATE CIVIL WAR IF I DONT GET WHAT I WANT

If Trump wasn’t a rich, old, white guy, he’d already BE in prison. He’s right about one thing, though: there really is a ‘two-tiered justice system’. But he’s a beneficiary of it, not a victim.

Quote:Donald Trump’s March 4 trial date in his Washington, D.C., criminal case is officially off.
The federal judge overseeing the case made the call on Friday, just hours after indicating in court that lingering uncertainty surrounding the case has clouded her trial calendar in April and possibly beyond.
Judge Tanya Chutkan’s decision was widely expected amid Trump’s ongoing effort to have higher courts declare him immune from the charges, which stem from Trump’s bid to subvert the 2020 election. Chutkan rescinded the trial date in a brief order, indicating only that she would reschedule it “if and when” the immunity issue is settled.
The trial, if it occurs, is expected to last for several months.
Bolded: if, indeed. It was always going to be as much a circus as the current political landscape.

Say, I heard the insurrection trial for Donald Trump, if this is the right place for this, is delayed until they decide if he gets immunity from any of his crimes, or something like that.
Do you think Trump’s appeal will work and he will get immunity or no?
