Why do the ritors ask for Justice?
RE: Why do the ritors ask for Justice?
To hell is sacred. I sensed a weird uncomfortable magnetism that has realised everything against death.

He said I was obsessed with Asians? So, what does he have against Asians. So, I am asking the organ grinder, not the monkey (expression) You don't like me and you come across with a chip on your shoulder which is normal considering. So many chips in the USA, McDonalds would buy shares.

For some people, seeing racism everywhere helps to make them more comfortable with their own.  I'm not a racist, you're a racist...everyone does it!   Wink

That's not going to cut it, and you damn well know it.
You know where you're at.

Quit screwing around, and post the actual words that support your claim, or STFU.

So, what you're saying is that it's okay innocence people get killed as long as it keeps the bad guys at bay.  Spoken like a true authoritarian.  I suppose it shouldn't be surprising at all coming from someone who's whole life is defined by submission.

I take it then that you entirely disagree with well-known legal phrase "It's better for 10 guilty men to go free than 1 innocent to be convicted."  I suppose you probably also think Jesus is protecting you from being on the receiving end of injustice.

Can you show me where one of the MEN killed by cops was "innocent?" Meaning they did not have a warrant out or had just committed a crime that force THEM to escalate the situation??

justice
play
noun jus·tice \ˈjəs-təs\
Popularity: Top 1% of lookups
  • : the process or result of using laws to fairly judge and punish crimes and criminals
Now note the definition does not presuppose an out come. Justice is essence is simply the process in which one is impartially judged. To impartially judge someone mean to forgo any assumptions of guilt or innocence and base a judgement solely on the evidence and how it relates to law.

What the rioters want is a predetermined outcome, not the due process of law that one is to be judge in. But again that is what true justice is. the fair processing or judgement of one's action in accordance to how our laws/moral codes are written. Justice is not an automatic verdict.

An automatic verdict of Guilt is the only answer the rioters want. This is not justice, this is vengeance. So then why do they not 'call a club a club' and shout no vengeance, no peace? Or use 'vengeance' as a way to legitimizing hunting down cops and ambushing them? Why hide behind the word 'justice?' Is it because most people are so stupid as to not see the definition of vengeance and been tagged onto the word justice?

The KKK used the words justice and morality to justify their actions, so then what is the difference here?

We have a race centered group of people putting it's collective interest above that of all other people/races in said community, citing 'justice' as the reason the have for morally operating above/outside the law.

My opinion of this main post is basically that you're using the definition of justice quite narrowly.

You're not an alien from star trek visiting here and you know what the rioters mean when they say they want justice.
They mean they think the law is unfair and want it to be fair.
Some don't, some just need a slight excuse to take their shirts off and go around screaming and looting.

Personally I have mixed feelings towards these police officers who have killed black people, sometimes I think it's understandable why the killing happened, sometimes I think it's totally not understandable.  Sometimes there's just not enough info to even make a choice.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

Last one was a pastor. Black. Unarmed. No warrant out. Maybe you know something I don't know. So I'm waiting for details why this one wasn't innocent. Unless death for suspecting him to break the law in some way is an apt punishment in your eyes. Before that they shot a social worker, protecting one of his wards sitting in the streets. Luckily survived the incident, but since they don't shoot innocents, I'm waiting for details why this one wasn't innocent also.

You really should shut up talking about America. You don't know your ass from third base about it. You've never been here.

The only thing that happens when you keep at it is that your confirm to everyone here you're willing to run your mouth in ignorance.

So there's another reason behind that disproportion. Maybe it's poverty in general. I don't know how high the incarceration rate among poor white people is in relation to their crime rates. But it's a fact that you have a much bigger chance getting off with a slap to the wrist if you're well off. As has been shown in recent examples where that rich university jock got off with a few months for raping an unconscious girl behind a dumpster. Or another one assaulting his wife got off without any sentence at all.

For the rich and the famous things look entirely different and color certainly doesn't play a role animore. Best example OJ. With his team of first class lawyers he got off where a ghetto kid would have had the book thrown at him.

Is there a link to the studies that show black Americans don't have a higher crime rate than any other race?
?

(September 22, 2016 at 4:51 pm)Drich Wrote: So says white guilt.

The truth is far more oppertunities are afforded to average and even below average intellegence minorities now adays.

I as a white man's child would have been given a certificate of completion (you showed up everyday but could not pass the courses) not even a high school diploma. Not even did I graduate (with a 3.5/retard classes) I qualified for a scholarship (because I was not white and not enough minorities bothered to even show up everyday/which is all I did.)

I once employed a man (a while back) who has a diploma for a 4 year ivy league school (Once of the top three everyone mentions when asked) who.... lets say should have not been given the oppertunity based on merrit. He was given more because he like me simply showed up.

Now I took my HS diploma, but refused to take a spot from anyone deserving a spot in that school based on their grades, that would have been otherwise offered to me because i was not white.

This experience is further compounded by my 10 years spent working with innercity children. School work was supposed to be apart of all of the work i did. bottom line, there is no interest in education from the children or parents. why? the sense I got from most people was that 'education' was not apart of their culture. it was not what was important to them in their day to day lives nor the thing that primarily held their interest. Some saw it as a means of control..

What we need to understand is there will always be a great divide in this country between blacks and whites concerning education. opportunity is not the reason. It's because there are two different cultures with two different world views concerning education fighting for the same kids.

Now unless we can nut up and take a page from histroy and subgate all residence of this country and unite them as one people, there will always be a divide because we embrace our cultural differences now, and as a direct result you will have some people smarter than others.

Oh, yeah, we keep trying to educate those black people, but they just don't want it.  Are you fucking for real?  It's like you guys are trying to prove how racist you are.

The fact is, my wife actually works with many inner-city black kids from Detroit to help them get college degrees, and nothing could be further from the truth for these kids.  They have also gotten a HS diploma, but many of them can't even score higher than a 15 on the ACT.  Because none of their teachers gave a shit if they learned and just passed them to keep the graduation rates up, and not only is their school system so poor that it once considered closing 1/2 of all of their schools, they're often the victims of corrupt politicians that steal the money meant for their school supplies.

But, hey, I guess if they just wanted it more, it wouldn't be a problem, would it?

Are you saying all black people want collage degrees but white America won't let them have them? That all of the programs available to them are just shams? Oh, wait but your wife works in one of these programs... Is she actually hold black kids back? Or like when I did the same thing does she work damn hard with the kids who want to educate themselves and let the kids who don't want to be there go so that those who want to have an education can be afforded the opportunity because there are only a finite number of people she can help?

Don't be stupid. Not every kid black white or yellow wants to go to collage. few still if their culture does not place a high value on it. In this country the descendants of African slaves have not place the same demands on collage (as an academic goal) say as a people from Indian or Japan have. As a direct net result fewer take advantage or can take advantage of the programs that place minorities in high learning environments. It is simply not apart of their culture.

Again I have worked 10 years with these kids and most of them make fun of those who do well in school, that want to goto collage for anything other that football or basketball.. Not that everyone wants that as people are unique, but at the same time an apple does not fall far from the tree. Meaning if the parents do not have and hold a high standard and strong expectation for school, the child has little hope of overcoming the culture.
