I don't even have a response beyond just telling you that, ew, creepy.
I'm sure other religious folk on here will probably also agree with me that children are people, not slave decorations.  Just, ew, dude.

On the other hand, I really do appreciate your honestly.  OS I'm just being honest in return.  I feel quite a lot of pity for you, knowing this is how you view things, including your fear of your God.

Peace.

Ew might be a good reaction; it's what I believe in. At least I'm sure about some things:
1-I won't lie and call a child's brain a "full brain". Scientifically; it's not.
2-I won't lie and tell you that religions like Islam and Christianity don't promise sinners of hell.
3-I will present the faith as I read it and understood, and again: I won't lie and knock on your back.

I'am so sorry Aroura; but that's my understanding of the world. When I kill kids; tell me it's creepy. Until then, I'm sorry but I'm saying what all neurologists are saying worldwide. A child's brain needs time to grow to become "a full adult brain"; that's why sex with kids is pedophilia, kids are not allowed to drive, kids are not allowed to carry important tasks.

Ew on the other hands, if you abuse a child by giving him the treatment of an adult.
Oh, I agree that children don't fully developed brains. But they are still human people. Fully fledged people. Who shouldnt be viewed as soulless god props.

But you are saying dead children might not even have souls, and are possibly slave props of your god goes a whooooole creepy step further than science, on this issue.

There's a study that shows people are more honest when they can see themselves in a mirror, too. Or when there's a photo that seems to be looking at them. Imagining God is watching you is no different from imagining anyone else is watching you.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

Not at all; children are humans with souls, but above judgement because they don't have a will of their own.
That's why you never take the son with the sin of his father. This concept is enough to end and stop most grudges and racism; the generation of today has nothing to do with the generation of yesterday.

God is not a man or even a humanoid. He's more of an abstract truth. That's how I think about him; at least. The him and he; are not a reference to a male also.

No one is above the judgement of Allah, heretic. Wink

The fate of the children of the kaffir is uncertain.  The prophet is said to have listed those who would be in heaven unequivocally as: the prophets, the martyrs,  infants, and baby girls who were buried alive*. Unbelieving children may be tested at death and go to hell, or they may go to jannah to serve the believers. The age of account is only a metric for muslim children.

So grab your shovel...if you want to be sure.

That's the Sunni and Shiite tradition, that is based on the Hadith and the saying of the clergy of each sect.
The Quran doesn't say a thing about kids being punished. But here's the verses I could've collect

Quote:Sura 81, The Quran:
( 6 )   And when the seas are filled with flame
( 7 )   And when the souls are paired
( 8 )   And when the girl [who was] buried alive is asked
( 9 )   For what sin she was killed ?

Ancient Arabs used to bury their kids if they turned out to be females at birth; it was shameful in pre-Islamic culture.
So these are the daughters of Kuffars. Why aren't they in hell? it looks like God is about to take a piece of her killer instead.

And the direct, explicit verse:

Quote:Sura 24, The Quran:
( 61 )   There is not upon the blind [any] constraint nor upon the lame constraint nor upon the ill constraint nor upon yourselves when you eat from your [own] houses or the houses of your fathers or the houses of your mothers or the houses of your brothers or the houses of your sisters or the houses of your father's brothers or the houses of your father's sisters or the houses of your mother's brothers or the houses of your mother's sisters or [from houses] whose keys you possess or [from the house] of your friend. There is no blame upon you whether you eat together or separately. But when you enter houses, give greetings of peace upon each other - a greeting from Allah, blessed and good. Thus does Allah make clear to you the verses [of ordinance] that you may understand.
Sav

So if there is no constraint on the sick and the blind; how could there be constraints on the child?
For discipline purposes, maybe. But totally not religious as far as I know.

Please check if the source you're using is based on Shiite/Sunni folklore, or the Quran only.

He most likely is there, it's probably a safe guess. But even with him, the Church still can't say he's there... same for Stalin, Zedong, Mussolini, etc.

Why would Hitler be in hell? He allegedly believed he was doing "God's" work. Even if he didnt truly believe that, I'm pretty sure there are no records of him committing any atrocity. He did kill his dog and ultimately himself, but outside his WW1 days I don't know as he actually killed anyone with his own hands.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

I assume this is a joke?
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
