If there's no God, nothing is right or wrong
RE: If there's no God, nothing is right or wrong
The ifs of theology are fun, almost as though we're all just making it up as we go along.

It isn’t.  It doesn’t matter at all.  With or without a god objective moral ideation is or is not true.
Exactly

If he was a honest interlocutor he would have aksed if objective morals do exist, at all, after claifying any possible differences in defnitions. Then he would have gone to gods and without gods. But he didnt, because he isnt.

My favorite set of possible circumstances is that there are gods, and an objective morality, but the objective morality is not the gods morality, and following the objective morality will get us into deep shit with said gods.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Obvious? How? That's not an answer. I'm boggled by the dumb answers I get from so-called brilliant atheists.

How is physical reality not obvious to you?

Or perhaps it's the difficult link between reality and morality?

On a personal note, you're not trying to make a positive first impression, are you? Awesome, we've got another Twat Waffle for Christ.

If my opinion is true then it is true everywhere in the world?  I don't really know what you mean by binding.  We've already discussed how bad people can do bad things regardless of whether or not we or even they see them as bad things.  I assume you believe that there are good and bad things, objectively or subjectively, rightly or wrongly, and that you do at least some bad things.  Tell me more about what you think a binding opinion would entail or do.

Untrue.  It may be the case that moral realism is false, but nothing about atheism is wrongmaking for moral realism, and as many other posters have already said, nothing about a god is truthmaking for moral realism.  The issue of whether or not there are gods is completely irrelevant to whether or not moral statements can be true in a non-novel way.

How can your opinion be true? Who would decide that it is true under atheism?

"...as many other posters have already said, nothing about a god is truthmaking for moral realism"

I have never made any claims about truthmaking from a god. Just that under atheism there cannot be objective moral values. It's a different debate. I'm making a commentary on atheism, not theism. So bringing up anything within theism is a red herring for now. If you or others can admit or grant that there cannot be objective moral values without a deity,l then we can move on to the other debate.

under atheism there cannot be objective moral values.

This remains untrue.
