At the very least you'd think it would be making headlines over cases of employees killing each other over what their bosses wanted them to do.

"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

Right. I tried the recommended remedy for leprosy:
Quote:This shall be the law of the leper in the day of his cleansing: He shall be brought unto the priest:
And the priest shall go forth out of the camp; and the priest shall look, and, behold, if the plague of leprosy be healed in the leper;
Then shall the priest command to take for him that is to be cleansed two birds alive and clean, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop:
And the priest shall command that one of the birds be killed in an earthen vessel over running water:
As for the living bird, he shall take it , and the cedar wood, and the scarlet, and the hyssop, and shall dip them and the living bird in the blood of the bird that was killed over the running water:
And he shall sprinkle upon him that is to be cleansed from the leprosy seven times, and shall pronounce him clean, and shall let the living bird loose into the open field.
And he that is to be cleansed shall wash his clothes, and shave off all his hair, and wash himself in water, that he may be clean: and after that he shall come into the camp, and shall tarry abroad out of his tent seven days.
But it shall be on the seventh day, that he shall shave all his hair off his head and his beard and his eyebrows, even all his hair he shall shave off: and he shall wash his clothes, also he shall wash his flesh in water, and he shall be clean.
and to my surprise, it didn't work. Do you have a customer services number I can contact?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Huggy, please provide proof that three represents perfection. What do you mean by perfection?
Apparently you guys never learned that numbers in the Bible represent something, the most common number is 7 which represents completion.
The other numbers commonly used in the Bible are 3, 5, 8, 12, 40.
Things are perfected in 3's hence 3 being the number of perfection.
Water/Blood/Holy spirit
Body/Soul/Spirit
Father/Son/Holy Spirit
Thought/Word/Deed
Past/Present/Future
Height/Width/Depth
Solid/Liquid/Gas
Quote:1 John 5
7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one

Just out of curiosity, Huggy. Are you going to answer my knuckleheaded questions?

Still doesn't answer my question. What sin has an infant committed?
Whether the scripture speaks about baptising infants is also irrelevant. They are being baptised. Half of all Christians are catholics, which means they were most likely baptised as infants.

Huggy, I am an atheist so I don't believe in the bible. . Could you provide some nonbiblical proof about the number three's perfection using nature?

Whether the scripture speaks about baptising infants is also irrelevant. I did answer your question, The Bible does not state anywhere where babies are to be baptized, this IS relevant, seeing how our doctrine comes from the scripture.
What sin have they committed? none, that isn't the problem though, eventually they will sin. Does a child have to be taught to lie? Once a child is able to fully understand right and wrong is when they are old enough to be baptized.
Quote:Matthew 18

But they are baptised as children, because if they weren't, they wouldn't be religious in the first place. Religion comes from indoctrination.

So the statements you've made are not claims? Do I really have to include a dictionary definition?
claim
noun
: a statement saying that something happened a certain way or will happen a certain way
: a statement saying that something is true when some people may say it is not true
: an official request for something (such as money) that is owed to you or that you believe is owed to you
: a right to have something

Eventually a child will sin.
Sounds like an admission that the game is rigged.
