Saw the title, thought it was going to be another dig at the Department for Work and Pensions, my former bosses (or as one delightful old lady put it, for Walking Pencils).
Read further, saw it was even more painful. I hope everyone involved is okay, but fuxxake.

God can receive transmissions from a person praying while in motion ??
Seems like there is near universal acceptance across all Protestant and Catholic churches that they pray while STATIONARY. Sit in the pew, pray. Stand in place, pray. Raise your hands (while not walking around) and pray. Stand at the podium and lead a prayer. Join hands and pray. I'm not seeing anything here to indicate a prayer while in motion is gonna work, other wise the churches would be doing it. I'd suggest an ecclesiastic committee commence an investigation for heresy. We need the faithful to start cracking down on these divergent thoughts and practices. The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

I don't know why you have to do a particular ritual anyway. God is already reading your mind 24/7 so he knows exactly what you want to say to him and what stupid shit you're gonna ask for.
