My perspective and understanding is that there are already laws in place to protect religious freedoms. What Sessions wants is to strengthen a possible theocracy, and that is something we must fight against.

The main things focus which I posted the article, is that there is a board with people from a number of different people from different religions. From what I’ve seen so far, that’s what this seems to be; is a committee on religious freedom to advise different departments.

If I am shown my error, I will be the first to throw my books into the fire. - Martin Luther
It neither is that..nor does it seem to be that. You require that it be that in order to continue this shitposting, lol.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

But that's about 95% of the internet these days so I can't fault you for that. The National Review is the US version of either Der Sturmer or Der Schwarze Korps (yes, yes, I know I'm missing the umlauts. I'm lazy). It saying that the religious southern baptists freedom oppressive task force is a "breath of fresh air" has all the veracity of Julius Streicher proclaiming Hitler the great guarantor of jewish freedoms. As was said "When fascism comes to America it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying a cross." This "task force" is wearing the brown shirts of the Sturm Abteilung.

Indeed they should call it the Christian Dominionist Task Force and one wonders when Road will quit trying to spin this as innocent or stop creating straw men that no one ever made ?

Christian Dominionists in charge of a 'Religious Liberty Task Force'.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.
