The Hungry Earth episode of Doctor Who provides an explanation. Basically, an ancient race of homo-reptilians sucked Jesus out of the tomb from underneath.
http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/The_Hungry_...(TV_story) The difference being that devoted Whovians do not try to convince others, or themselves for that matter, that an ancient subterranean race of lizard-men actually exists by pointing at empty graves. RE: "How do you explain the empty tomb?"

I'm watching Star Trek Next Generation and from what I've gathered so far this Klingon fulfilled a prophecy in some sacred text. No joke, he resurrected! How did they confirm this? DNA test.
Now that's what I'm talking about! Aw, false alarm. He's just a clone... "It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it" ~ Aristotle

Quote:Do you think it reasonable that a prominent religious Messiah figure would be buried in a tomb or not? Now you have to make up your fucking mind, son. Was he a prominent religious messiah or some guy who ran afoul of the law and got his sorry ass nailed to a board? The jews, who were after all the originators of this messiah bullshit, seem to think he was just some scumbag. RE: "How do you explain the empty tomb?"

Nobody would have noticed. Duh!"

Welcome to the xtian shell game.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
