God did not create people to be a certain way, sin has corrupted all people, sin is our responsibility, giving us freedom from that sin was God's responsibility and He did so through Jesus. Those laws were for one thing, if you had studied scriptures you should have known what they are for. You've mentioned you have been to Baptist churches and they definitely teach the purpose of the laws. Since you seemed to have missed it, they were given to expose the sin in peoples lives, Paul taught this over and over. God has given you the free will to make yourself into what ever you desire, He allowed you to be born and gave you a soul as a guide through which the Holy Spirit works. If you ignore the Holy Spirit, who is God, then it's not His fault. Your correct He does not make mistakes, He gives you the ability to choose righteously, but is you that believes it's not important to live that way and in that type of thinking comes the mistake, from you.

Dude wake up. He didn't allow me to be born. If your god is real he forced me to be born. Knowing that given the free will and the lack of evidence I would choose not to believe. Tell me where else can you get such a deal. I've never known a person who can do that, not even my mom and she could come closer than anyone else I know. I don't wish to serve your god GC. I don't wish to live a life full of his peace and love. I'll remind you that I was once a believer since you forgot within your own post. I don't know what peace feels like but I'm working on it. I gave my life to a god I thought was real. The one I learned of in the bible. I was saved before I was old enough to understand the implications. I was resaved often. Recommitting myself yearly and truly wanting to serve the god of the bible with all my heart. I gave myself to him and I was given "love" in return. Love was something that disgusted me, terrified me. Not all Christians have the same life as I did, but I'm just saying I believed, GC, I truly believed and I had faith and I worshipped with everything I had and the "life of peace and love" left me with scars that still haunt me. I don't wish to serve your god. I don't want his peace or his love or his eternity in heaven. I just want the chance to make the best of and enjoy and live my life and then die a normal death where that's the end. If there was a god, he would give that option. There's just no way to justify a god who wouldn't give that option.
